Meet Lyon

Lyon Gegenheimer graduated from the University of Texas at Austin Architecture School in 1996. Having a background in Architecture has been essential to his success. Lyon often works with developers and investors that are design-building new construction products, or who plan to remodel existing structures. Lyon has personally renovated or rehabilitated over 50 properties. And formed over 30 condominium regimes. With many of his developers, Lyon is an essential part of the team beginning from site selection and acquisition, through new construction building programming, architectural redrafts, ending with property disposition.
